Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and curious IT Systems Intern to join our team in Istanbul or London (hybrid work setup). You will support the IT Infrastructure team in maintaining and improving our global systems. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, international environment.
What You’ll Learn and Do
- Assist with the setup and configuration of Windows servers and user accounts
- Help monitor system performance and report issues
- Support the team in maintaining Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, and other core systems
- Participate in documentation and process updates
- Learn about IT infrastructure, virtualization, and cloud technologies
- Collaborate with global IT teams and gain exposure to enterprise-level systems
What We’re Looking For
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
- Basic understanding of Windows operating systems and networking concepts
- Interest in learning about Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, and virtualization tools
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Fluent in English
- Eagerness to learn and take initiative
Nice to Have (but not required)
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, VMware, or IT support tools
- Any relevant coursework or personal projects in systems administration
