Main Purpose:
• The Project Manager is responsible for the coordination, implementation and execution of IT projects in IT Department. This role requires a strong analytical skillset to be able to work on business requirements together with our cross-functional business ensuring consistency with the IT strategy, commitments and goals.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Minimum 5 years of experience in planning and implementing IT projects with cross-functional stakeholders from IT and business groups.
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science.
- Project management professional (PMP) designation, CAPM, PMP or equivalent certification is preferred.
- Order system or Supply Chain related project experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of the theories, principles and practices project management and organizational change management.
- Proven experience in business and requirements analysis.
- Principles and practices of project management and supervision to oversee project staff and coordinate multiple complex projects under pressure to meet schedule and budget commitments.
- Experience in projects based on web applications, Cloud technologies, BI tool and other technologies is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, PPT, Visio etc.).
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and implementation of multiple IT business projects or strategic initiatives
- Manage project scope, budget and timelines to achieve goals and deliverables.
- Use appropriate tools to track project tasks and resources.
- Develop statement of requirements together with functional teams.
- Continuously monitor project progress and report to all stakeholders.
- Lead consistent steering committee update meetings with the project sponsors to review project status, key risks and associated mitigation strategies.
- Work closely with business departments as well as IT departments like enterprise architecture, IT Infrastructure or IT Solutions, Software architecture.
- Provide guidance and support to project team to implement and manage project changes to achieve project outputs such as project evaluation and assessment of results.
