Main Purpose:

The Graduate Program in Buenos Aires aims to develop the company’s future leaders by providing a comprehensive business perspective through an 18-month experience with rotations across three core areas: Commercial Agro, Strategic Planning, and Natural Gas.

Throughout the program, participants will cultivate an entrepreneurial mindset, build a strong professional network, and gain deep insight into the business from multiple strategic angles.

The focus is on accelerated growth through high performance, continuous learning, and exposure to real-world challenges. This is not solely a commercial program; it is designed to develop well-rounded professionals who, over time, can lead both management and business development initiatives.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities, Key Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning:

  • Monitoring of Business Plans for key areas based on the main Strategic Planning variables (e.g., new service station projects / remodeling plan / sales and lease plan for service stations / contract renewals / closures / etc.).

  • Monitoring of the Service Station Commitment Program on the Puma Team Portal: updating and tracking KPIs (image and infrastructure quality, product quality, customer service via mystery shopper, sales targets, APP PRIS). Generation of scores and rankings.

  • Monitoring of Operational Indicators for service stations (e.g., commercial visit checks, store checks, stock-out events). Analysis and reporting.

Commercial Agro & B2B:

  • Commercial Plan and Volume Estimation: The sales budget, variances, and actual vs. projected truck dispatches are reviewed daily and biweekly.

  • Commercial Management: Customer calls, quotation requests, and deal closures are handled (under supervision).

  • Sales Order Release: Sales orders are released if needed due to expiration or credit limit excess.

  • Commercial Network and Agro Planning: New Agro contracts are handled and geographic coverage plans are supervised.

  • Commercial Activities in Other Segments: Includes management of the Puma Fleet app, transportation clients, and Oil & Gas customers.

Natural Gas:

  • Support internal administrative processes such as invoicing and collections, with a focus on efficiency.

  • Supervise market trends, pricing, and industry conditions; maintain communication with key collaborators.

  • Execute commercial negotiations for spot transactions to optimize results.

  • Coordinate daily gas dispatch operations, ensuring supply-demand balance.

  • Contribute to strategic planning through data analysis and actionable insights.

  • Evaluate new business opportunities in terms of feasibility and impact.

  • Lead and coordinate the execution of commercial contracts.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally and handle databases effectively.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

  • Young professionals who graduated in 2024 or soon to graduate in 2025 from university.

  • 0-2 years of postgraduate working experience.

  • English (B2/C1) and Spanish (C1/C2), oral and written required.

  • Dynamic and upbeat personality.

  • Ability to take initiatives.

  • Problem solving and analytical thinking.

  • Outstanding communication.
